I am a qualified personal trainer and am registered with Fitness Australia. I also hold a Level One coaching qualification with Precision Nutrition.
My main areas of expertise are strength and conditioning, weight loss, body composition, boxing and sports performance.
I am a competitive athlete in Mixed Martial Arts and have also completed in wrestling. Coming from this background I recognise the importance of working hard, but also working smart! My programming certainly reflects that and I encourage all clients of mine to master the basics.
I began training many years ago due to the same reason many people do – I was unhappy with my body and wanted to change it! Along the way I have learnt some valuable lessons and feel that I have a lot to offer those who have the desire, drive and patience to change their lifestyles.
